Training and development

Investment in training is part of our corporate culture. We understand training as a strategic tool for promoting, developing and consolidating talent.

We transmit our know-how through internal training in areas in which we specialise, developing them to a high level of quality and efficiency. We are also committed to young talent. We manage practicums for students in their final year through collaboration agreements signed with various organisations, in particular, universities.

Accordingly, almost 100% of said students consolidate their employment relationship when they complete their training. This enriches our staff with young, dynamic talent looking to develop in a multinational environment.
